Using this site
This site is provided for information about our services. We try to keep it accurate, but pricing, availability, and turnaround depend on your specific vehicle and the glass it takes, and nothing here is a quote until we have given you one for your vehicle.
Quotes and pricing
A price we give you over the phone or by email is based on the vehicle details you provide. If the vehicle turns out to carry different glass, a camera, a sensor, heating, or an acoustic layer, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is ordered.
Scheduling and turnaround
We give realistic timelines, and glass availability is the variable we control least. Where a pane is discontinued or has to come from a distance, we will say so before you commit.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms are given with your invoice and depend on the work performed. If something is not right with an install, bring the vehicle back and we will look at it.
Insurance claims
Where we help with an insurance claim, coverage and any deductible are set by your policy and your insurer, not by us. We will tell you what we understand your coverage to be, but the insurer decides.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work performed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be resolved in Ottawa County, Michigan.
