Holland, Michigan · Fleet & dealership glass

Fleet and dealership auto glass.

Vans, box trucks, service trucks, and semis, all in one shop and on one number. We run accounts for the fleet and dealership work we do, with standard pricing on the account. Send the list and we work through it around your schedule rather than against it.

What we cover

Whatever is in the yard, it is one phone call.

Most fleets end up splitting glass work between a car shop for the vans and somebody else for anything bigger. We do not make you do that. Cars and light trucks, box trucks, service bodies, and full-size tractors are all normal work in the same shop.

Vans

Vans and delivery vehicles

Cargo and passenger vans, sprinters, and delivery vehicles. Windshields, door and side glass, back glass, and the fixed panels in a cargo body.

Trucks

Box and straight trucks

Cab glass on box and straight trucks, including the larger flat windshields that a car-focused shop will not stock or want to handle.

Service

Service and utility trucks

Pickups, utility bodies, and work trucks that spend their day on gravel and job sites, which is exactly where windshields get chipped.

Semis

Semis and tractors

Over-the-road and local tractors, day cabs, and sleepers.

Downtime

A vehicle off the road costs you twice.

Once for the glass, and again for the work that vehicle was supposed to do that day. That is the real cost of fleet glass, and it is why the useful thing a shop can give you is not a sales pitch but an honest answer about what the glass takes and when you get the vehicle back.

Chips before cracks.

Work vehicles collect rock chips, and a chip caught early is a short, cheap repair instead of a full replacement later. On a fleet that difference adds up fast.

One shop that knows your vehicles.

Family owned and operated, 40 years in business, at 4270 58th St in Holland. You get the same people every time rather than a call center.

How it works

Send the list. We take it from there.

Whether it is one van today or a group of vehicles to work through, the process is the same and it starts with a phone call.

01

Tell us the vehicles

Year, make, and model for each one, and which glass is broken. If you have a spreadsheet, that works. If you have a phone and one unit number, that works too.

02

We check the glass

We find out what is available for each vehicle, including whether a windshield carries a camera that has to be recalibrated afterward.

03

You get real numbers

Pricing and timing per vehicle, so you can decide what gets done now, what waits, and what is a chip repair rather than a replacement.

04

We work around your schedule

Vehicles come in as they can be spared. Tell us how many you can release at a time and we will plan the work around that rather than against it.

The details

The parts fleets actually ask about.

Accounts, cameras, claims, chips, and whether we come to you. Short answers, because these are the questions every fleet manager opens with.

Accounts and standard pricing.

We run accounts for the fleet and dealership work we do, with standard pricing on the account, so the number is set rather than requoted from scratch every time a vehicle comes in. Call 616-396-3487 and we will get one set up.

Driver-assist cameras.

Newer work vehicles carry a forward-facing camera in the windshield for lane keeping and automatic braking. It has to be recalibrated after the glass is replaced, and we do that in house with Autel OEM-approved equipment.

Insurance claims.

If the work is going through a policy, we help you get the claim set up and from there we handle it.

Fleet glass, answered

Do you do fleet auto glass?

Yes. Glass Enterprise replaces windshields and auto glass on work fleets across Holland and western Michigan: vans and delivery vehicles, box and straight trucks, service and utility trucks, and semis. Call 616-396-3487 with the vehicles, or send the list, and we will tell you what the glass takes and how soon each one can be back in service.

How many vehicles do I need before it counts as a fleet?

There is no minimum. If you run vehicles for work and you would rather deal with one shop than three, this is the right page. Two vans is a fleet as far as we are concerned, and the process is the same whether it is two vehicles or twenty.

Do you set up fleet accounts?

Yes. We run accounts for the fleet and dealership work we do, and those accounts carry standard pricing. That means the number is set rather than requoted from scratch every time a vehicle comes in, and your glass work lives in one place instead of spread across three shops. Call 616-396-3487 and we will get one set up.

Do you do glass work for dealerships?

Yes. Dealership glass is regular work here, on lot inventory, trade-ins, and customer vehicles. We set up dealership accounts the same way we do fleet accounts, with standard pricing on the account. Windshields, door and back glass, and camera recalibration with Autel OEM-approved equipment on the newer vehicles that need it. Call 616-396-3487.

Can you handle vans, box trucks, and semis at the same shop?

Yes, and that is the main reason fleets call here. A lot of shops do cars and light trucks and stop there, which leaves you chasing the bigger cab glass somewhere else. Cars, vans, box and straight trucks, service bodies, and full-size tractors are all normal work at the shop on 58th St.

Do newer work vehicles need camera recalibration after a windshield?

If the windshield carries a forward-facing camera for lane keeping or automatic braking, yes, it has to be recalibrated after the glass is set or the system reads the road wrong. We do it in house with Autel OEM-approved equipment. There is more detail on the ADAS recalibration page, and we will tell you which of your vehicles need it.

Is it cheaper to repair chips than replace windshields on a fleet?

Much. A rock chip caught early is a short, inexpensive repair that keeps the vehicle out of the shop for a fraction of the time a replacement takes. Work vehicles collect chips faster than anything else on the road, so having drivers report them the week they happen is the single cheapest thing a fleet can do about glass.

Do you come to our yard, or do vehicles come to you?

Most work happens at the shop at 4270 58th St in Holland, where the setup is and where a full-size cab fits. Mobile service is available. If vehicles cannot be released, call 616-396-3487, tell us where they are and what they need, and we will tell you what is workable rather than promise something we cannot do well.

Can fleet glass go through insurance?

Usually. Commercial policies generally cover glass under comprehensive coverage, subject to the deductible, and on a fleet it is worth checking whether the deductible makes a claim worthwhile per vehicle. We help you get the claim set up, and from there we handle it. More on the insurance claims page.
