What we collect
When you send a quote request or a message we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and details about your vehicle and the glass. We also collect basic technical information your browser sends, such as your approximate location and which pages you visited.
How we use it
We use it to answer your request, quote your glass, and schedule the work. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone except where it is needed to do the job you asked for, such as passing details to your insurer when you have asked us to help with a claim.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they reach us, so we can make the site more useful. That includes Google Analytics, which sets a cookie to tell repeat visits apart. We do not use it to build an advertising profile about you, and none of it tells us who you are. You can block cookies in your browser without losing the ability to use the site or send us a request.
Bot protection
Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated abuse. It runs in the background and most visitors never see it. It checks signals from your browser to decide whether a submission is genuine, and it does not identify you or track you across other sites. Cloudflare processes that check on our behalf under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, at https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as they are useful for servicing your vehicle and our records. If a request cannot be delivered to the shop for a technical reason, we store it securely for up to 90 days so we can pass it on rather than lose it, and it is deleted after that. If you would like your information removed, call 616-396-3487 and ask.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
