How much does a semi truck windshield cost?
It depends on the truck and the pane, so we do not quote it blind. A flat windshield on a common highway tractor is straightforward. Curved glass, heated or shaded glass, and sensor-equipped glass all cost more, and so does an older or discontinued cab. Give us the make, model, and year and you get a real number for that truck before anything is ordered.
How long does a semi windshield replacement take?
The install itself is usually a matter of hours, and the honest variable is the glass, not the fitting. Common truck windshields move quickly. Older, curved, and discontinued panes take longer. We tell you the timeline when we quote it, so you can schedule the truck out of service rather than find out on the day.
Can you get glass for an older or discontinued truck?
Often, yes, and it is worth asking before you write the truck off. When a part number comes back dead, that is where most shops stop and it is the job we take. Tell us what the truck is, send a photo of the glass and the frame if you can, and we will tell you straight what we can do and what we cannot.
Do you replace door glass and vent windows on trucks, or only windshields?
Both. Drop glass, quarter and vent panes, the small fixed windows in the door frame, rear cab glass, sleeper windows, and mirror glass. These are the pieces a car-focused shop will not stock, and they are a normal part of the work here.
Does the truck come to you, or do you come to the truck?

Does insurance cover a commercial truck windshield?
Commercial policies usually cover glass under comprehensive coverage, the same way a personal policy does, subject to the deductible on the policy. We help you get the claim set up, and from there we handle it. Bring the insurer and the policy number and we will tell you where you stand before the work starts.
